This workshop helps leaders explore how to make great decisions. The first part of the workshop engages participants in exploring the three leading causes of bad decision-making.
In the second part, the workshop then introduces participants to 4 strategies that they can implement to avoid these pitfalls and improve the overall quality of decision-making.

- How they, as leaders, are susceptible to the halo-effect and how to mitigate it
- To be aware of the four most common and potentially most disastrous biases that influence our thinking and decision-making and how to implement decision-making strategies to counteract them proactively
- How groupthink can cause your team decisions NOT to be the result of your team’s combined knowledge, and how to counteract this
- Taken together, by the end of this workshop, participants will have the skills to avoid the most common causes of bad decision-making and will have a detailed and actionable plan of how to improve the quality of their own and their team’s decision-making
