Brenda van Camp

CEO

Brenda is the Founder and CEO of Upwardley. She drives the company’s vision, strategy, and growth, with specific responsibility for Product, Marketing & Sales, Customer Success, and Investor Relations. Brenda is also the author of the book “The Leadership Workout” and prior to founding Upwardley, she was the CMO of Blurb.com and the SVP, International Head of Marketing for the international auction house Christie’s.

Fabien Chazot

CTO

Fabien is Upwardley’s CTO. Before co-founding Upwardley, Fabien was the CTO of Change.org, the petition based, social change platform, with over 350M users globally. Prior to that, he held various engineering leadership roles, managing teams at major tech companies, including Credit Karma and Match.com, both in the US and in France.

Joshua Kim

CFO

As Upwardley’s CFO, Joshua oversees the planning, reporting, accounting, tax, treasury, financial systems for the company. In addition, he also oversees Legal and HR. Before co-founding Upwardley, Joshua headed up the Finance function at CollegeTrack. Prior to that he held various financial executive roles in both technology-based, retail and education companies, including Blurb, Rafter, IAC, and Macy’s.

Gina Larkin

COO

As our COO, Gina ensures that Upwardley runs as smooth and fast as it can. She oversees Business Development, Partnerships, Branding and Recruiting. Given that Gina is a renowned executive coach to the c-suite, she also leads our coaching services. Before Upwardley, Gina was VP, Global Solutions and Innovation Marketing at Visa and on the initial launch team for Visa Checkout, Visa’s first digital payments solution.
